• Mentor and guide a team of engineers and scientists in quantum algorithm research and implementation.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand mission requirements and translate them into quantum solutions.

• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in quantum computing and related fields.

Requirements

• Proven experience in quantum algorithm development and theoretical research.

• Strong understanding of cryptography and its intersection with quantum computing.

• Demonstrated leadership experience in managing technical teams.

• Proficiency in programming languages relevant to quantum computing, such as Python.

• Ability to translate complex theoretical concepts into practical applications.
