Are you ready to be at the forefront of technology? Our partner, a pioneering startup in quantum computing, is on the lookout for a talented engineer specializing in electronic packaging and manufacturing. This role is essential in ensuring the manufacturability and reliability of high-performance electronic and electro-mechanical assemblies, and you'll work in close collaboration with engineering teams and external manufacturing partners.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare, manage, and oversee comprehensive manufacturing and assembly documentation packages.
• Support efforts related to electronic packaging, PCB assembly, and electro-mechanical integration.
• Conduct Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA) reviews to enhance manufacturability, reliability, and yield.
• Collaborate with suppliers and contract manufacturers to troubleshoot and resolve production challenges.
• Maintain accurate Bill of Materials (BOMs), CAD libraries, drawings, and PLM workflows.
• Develop and refine assembly, inspection, and production testing procedures.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in electronics manufacturing and packaging environments.
• Strong knowledge of PCB fabrication, assembly, and production processes.
• Proficiency in PCB CAD software.
• Familiarity with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and configuration management tools.
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills for cross-functional teamwork.
