• Four (4) years of experience or equivalent education involving quantum information science, quantum device physics, quantum sensing, quantum system modeling, and/or quantum control techniques.

• Two (2) years of experience or equivalent education with laboratory characterization or test platforms relevant to quantum systems, such as cryogenic test environments, optical/laser-based measurement systems, RF/microwave measurement tools, or qubit/device characterization setups.

• One (1) year of experience managing a multi-disciplinary research and development (R&D) or Test and Evaluation (T&E) team.

• Two (2) years of experience creating program plans, work breakdown structures, and milestone schedules.

Desired:

• Masters' degree or PhD in physics, applied physics, electrical engineering, computer engineering, quantum information science, or closely related fields, with four plus (4+) years of work experience.
