Role – OnBase Support Analyst
Location – Remote (USA)
We are seeking a skilled Software Developer with a strong background in OnBase EHR HIM to join our dynamic team in Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate will have 2 5 years of experience in software development, with a focus on healthcare information management systems. This role requires a proactive individual who can contribute to the design, development, and implementation of software solutions that enhance our electronic health record (EHR) capabilities.
Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain software applications related to OnBase EHR HIM.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Implement and optimize workflows within the OnBase platform to improve efficiency and user experience.
• Conduct testing and debugging of applications to ensure high quality deliverables.
• Provide technical support and training to end users on OnBase EHR HIM functionalities.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in software development and healthcare information management.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
Mandatory Skills:
• Strong knowledge and experience with OnBase EHR HIM.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, Java, or Python.
• Experience with database management systems, particularly SQL Server.
• Understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum).
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.
Preferred Skills:
• Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance standards (HIPAA, HITECH).
• Experience with web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Knowledge of integration techniques with other healthcare systems.
• Experience in developing user documentation and training materials.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2 5 years of relevant experience in software development, specifically in healthcare applications.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
