Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Quantum Engineer role located in Broomfield, CO. The Quantum Engineer will contribute to the development and advancement of quantum technologies, including designing, modeling, and implementing algorithms and systems. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting experiments, and analyzing results to drive forward quantum research and applications. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic and innovative environment dedicated to pushing the boundaries of quantum science.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in quantum physics, quantum mechanics, and quantum computing principles

• Experience with programming languages such as Python, C++, or MATLAB for algorithm development and simulations

• Proficiency in hardware system design, engineering, and troubleshooting for quantum devices

• Ability to conduct research, analyze data, and contribute to experimental development in a laboratory setting

• Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams

• Ph.D. or M.S. in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)

• Prior experience or knowledge in error correction, quantum cryptography, or quantum algorithms is a plus
